  Everything was wonderful except for the carpet was really dirty and gross. The side chairs could also be changed out for something more comfortable.

  we loved it. Our only complaint. when i booked a fourth floor unit i was told there was an elevator since i brought my elderly mother and my wife was on crutches due to a knee injury. elevator was down the whole week. other than that it was great. unit could use an update. but your in maui its hard not to love it property is stunning

  Kamaole Sands Unit 5-402 was a wonderful condo in a great location across from the beach. Peak a boo ocean view..other units in the middle have a better view. The condo was spacious with a great loft bedroom and high ceilings. Very quiet at night and great security 24 hrs made us feel very safe. This condo needs some TLC....the kitchen needs an update...and the carpet is in dire need of replacing throughout. Jade and Tiffany from Maui Condo and Car were great....Tiffany even got us a new beach umbrella asap when we realized that the one in the condo was left broken. All in all it was a wonderful stay. I would recommend this condo and property.....Free Mai Tai's by the pool on Wednesdays is a great touch to socialize with others.....only complaint is the kiddie pool closes at six and should at least be open till eight so the young ones can have a swim before bed.

  We are live in Honolulu and pretty often fly to Maui to get away from town lifestyle.
  We normally stay Kaana'pali, Lahina and Wailea but we wanted to stay different place this time. The Unit was clean, decent, warm and convenient. Only couple of things I love to request. 1. water pressure of shower were extremely weak. Need to be fixed. 2. Master Bedroom (Upper Floor) was heated by daylight and hard to cool down even though there is a ceiling fan. Need to put more AC or bigger AC (Not window AC). Other than that, this place is awesome for family vacation!! We’ll definitely come back this place anytime soon!

  This is by-far the best family vacation ever. Everyone knows traveling with kids is not easy but the excellent recommendation we got from Tiffany when I spoke to her about location and property worked out perfectly. My family and I stayed at Kamelole sands 5-402 the week of 4/17/12-4/23/12. The condo was clean and had all the amenities I needed. It came fully stocked with pots and pans, bowls, plates etc. location is perfect, it sits directly across from the beach and the setting was very nice. Awesome family bonding time and location for the bonding fully equipped with a gym, kids pool, family spa and easy access to and from any location. Everyone we met were very pleasant and friendly on the grounds at Kameole sands. The BBQ area was also fully equipped with gas BBQ grills and is very well kepted. Being at Kameole, you can definitely feel the warmth and importance of family vacationing. This is our families first condo vacation and we loved it. All thanks to the excellent customer service of the representative at Maui condo and car for their recommendation. I called them, told them what I needed and it was more then perfect. Thank you!

  From the first phone call, we had a wonderful experience with this condo and the people involved to make our trip a great experience. Only things that you should be aware of when renting are that the bathrooms and kitchen were a little "tired" - some chips in the cabinets, etc. I would also say the elevator seemed to be under renovation - it was a bit "rustic." Air conditioner was loud and a bit weak - may need a recharge. Opening the windows for the breezes at night was best. Ceiling fans were helpful too. The condo decor was tops, though. clean and tasteful. location was perfect. everyone was so helpful. nice to have wireless in our place. nicely kept grounds. concierge staff were so helpful. in a really nice location, steps from the beach. no car noise at all, just plenty of birds in the mornings! thanks!
